Paging Alice (or: Winding down one blog and starting anew)

Perennial Alice on Vimeo

2016 is going to be a big year, after so much silence and uncertainty.

After several years of trying to keep Whack–a–Flick going, I have decided to wind things down on the blog and head in a new and far more encouraging direction. What you see above is the new name of both my basement studio and my Vimeo channel.

And for those wondering, I have Louisa John–Krol to personally thank for the new name.

I will probably start a new blog in the coming months — I'm just not sure yet if it will be on Blogger or elsewhere, but I will share the URL for it once it's ready to go.

And yes, the Alice that Louisa's name suggested owes a bit to Lewis Carroll. We probably won't be seeing the familiar rabbit hole any time, but who knows where our Wonderland might be (or when we finally see it)?

Come along.

P.S.: Enjoy Louisa's most recent single, from the forthcoming Elderbrook Chronicles album.
